How We Work
We review your agency’s goals, materials, and project requirements.
We agree on deliverables, budget, revisions, and project timelines.
I design and develop the website, sharing progress for review at each stage.
We check content, responsiveness, and functionality before delivery.
Before We Start
Let’s define the scope first. These answers help you prepare a brief and decide how a freelance WordPress designer can support your team.
Yes. We can start from a design, brand identity, or agreed references. We review the pages, components, and mobile layouts before building in WordPress and Elementor. Any screens or features that still need definition are included in the scope before development starts.
A brief covering the goal, an initial page list, designs or references, and essential features. Let me know which copy and images are ready, your target date, and whether an existing website needs migration. For a store, include product counts, variants, payments, and shipping. That gives us a basis for deliverables and a project estimate.
A WooCommerce store can be included. We define the catalogue, variants, payment methods, shipping, and required connections. Product entry, licences, and integrations are itemised in the proposal. We then test the purchasing journey against the agreed scope.
It depends on page templates, features, content readiness, and integrations. A landing page and a store with product variants involve different work. The quote should identify deliverables, revision rounds, dependencies, and excluded costs. Timing is estimated once the materials and scope are defined.
We agree on stages, a communication channel, and revision rounds. Your team consolidates feedback so each update has clear context. Before handover, we check responsive layouts, links, and forms, and agree on access and editable content. Scope changes and ongoing maintenance are arranged separately.
The project’s foundation includes heading structure, links, and responsive layouts. SEO titles, forms, analytics, or CRM connections are specified in the proposal and tested when included in scope. Publishing a website does not guarantee Google rankings; content and ongoing review also matter. Explore my WordPress and Elementor projects to see completed work.
